Please follow the following steps to integrate Moontalk into Pipedrive:

  1. Log into your Moontalk Connector account https://moontalk-pipedrive.connector.pilvi.com/signin .
    If you don't have and account yet, register for Moontalk Connector here: https://moontalk-pipedrive.connector.pilvi.com/signup
  2. Go to Integrations https://moontalk-pipedrive.connector.pilvi.com/integrations
  3. Click on the Integrate button, and follow the authorization flow and you will be forwarded back to Moontalk Connector.
  4. Fill in your Moontalk credentials, click "Save" button to activate the integration
  5. Now just activate your Subscription to get the Connector running.

Moontalk Connector requires an active subscription to work.

To get your subscription activated follow the following process

  1. Purchase a license from here. Register using the same email address that you use for Moontalk Connector
  2. Wait for your license purchase to be processed and activated

To deactivate your subscription, contact SaaShop customer service.

After succesful setup, Moontalk Connector will start syncing your Moontalk Call log to Pipedrive. You will also receive caller info from Pipedrive within the Moontalk app.

If Moontalk AIRI is enabled (see below) the Connector automatically appends an AI-generated subject and summary into each answered call activity inside Pipedrive.

Moontalk AIRI adds AI-powered call transcriptions to the existing call log sync so every successful call in Pipedrive includes a short subject and summary.

  1. Ask your Moontalk administrator to enable AIRI in Moontalk first (this is a paid add-on from Moontalk).
  2. Once Moontalk confirms AIRI is active, switch it on in the Connector under Integrations > Customer preferences > Enable Moontalk AIRI (AI Transcriptions).
  3. Each user who wants transcriptions must open their own user preferences in the Connector and toggle AIRI for themselves.
  4. Make or receive a call as usual—once the call finishes, AIRI delivers the transcription directly into the corresponding activity notes in Pipedrive.

Disable either toggle at any time to stop generating new AI summaries.

Uninstall the application from Pipedrive, to remove the connection to Moontalk Connector.

Note uninstalling the application will not stop the Subscription.
